We thank you for choosing Chetco Coffee. From shopping and placing an order to receiving and using the products you purchase, we strive to give you the best experience possible. Your satisfaction is a priority for us. 
 
Ordering:
New customers can create an account or check-out as a guest. You are not required to register to purchase products from us. However, registering makes it easy for you to check the status of your orders.
 
Coffee Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coffee you receive, we will replace the coffee free of charge.  Please leave us a message and we'll send your coffee out right away and cover shipping.
 
When you contact us please include the following information so we can provide the best service:

Order Processing Time:
Once we receive your order, we try our best and are usually able to ship or deliver orders out within two days of the order.  If we are aware of delays, we will contact you immediately.   
We ship 5 days a week.  Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will ship out the following Monday.

**For local customers in the Curry County/Del Norte County areas, we will contact you to arrange a time and location for home or business delivery.
 
Shipping Carriers:
Chetco Coffee will determine the best shipping carrier to use based on the weight, size and delivery location of the order.  Typically we use USPS Priority Mail for smaller packages and UPS for our larger packages.

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Note:  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
 

Estimated time to ship:
USPS Priority Mail typically ships between 1-3 days to the contiguous U.S., and 3-5 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
 
UPS Ground ships between 1-3 days to all states west of the Rocky Mountains and Hawaii; 4-6 days for states east of the Rocky Mountains and Alaska.
 
Expedited shipping:
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best way to ship your coffee to you, as well as arrange payment for extra shipping costs.
 
Out of Stock or Backordered Coffee:
At times, we may encounter difficulties receiving our green coffee beans due to shipping delays.
If we are ever out of stock and cannot fulfill an order on time, we will contact you immediately to either send you a different coffee, or make other arrangements to meet your needs.
 
Communication Policy with our Customers:
We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service and going the extra mile, so if there are ever any unforeseen issues or delays with our product, we will first attempt to contact you via phone, followed by your email (if it is provided).    If we are unable to get in touch with you the first time, we will make two additional attempts.
